Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

How to Enter

Participants must complete all entry steps listed on the promotional material, including:

• Completing the contact form on the competition landing page
• Following @artistrydental.uk on Instagram
• Liking, sharing and tagging as outlined in the entry instructions
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize

• One winner will receive an Invisalign® Smile Transformation (treatment value up to £5,000).
• The prize is non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on Friday, 28th August 2026 via Artistry Dental’s Instagram account.
• The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided at entry.

Treatment Requirements

• The winner must attend a full Invisalign® consultation to confirm clinical suitability.
• Standard consent, assessment and treatment protocols apply.

Content‑Sharing Requirement (Mandatory)

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to document and share their Invisalign® treatment journey on their personal Instagram account. This includes:

Minimum Content Requirements:

• X2 Instagram Reels documenting key stages of the journey.
• X3 Feed Posts (before, during and after treatment).
• X6 Instagram Stories spread across the treatment timeline.
• All content must tag @artistrydental.uk and include any agreed campaign hashtags.
• Content must remain visible on the winner’s profile for at least 12 months after posting.

Use of Content

• By entering, participants agree that Artistry Dental may share, repost or feature the winner’s content on its website, social media channels and marketing materials.
• The winner grants Artistry Dental permission to use their images and videos for promotional purposes related to Invisalign® treatment.

Data Protection

• Personal data collected for the giveaway will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner.
• Data will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent is provided.
• All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

General Terms

• Artistry Dental reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
